50 minutes. Arrive on time - the session starts and ends on the hour. Your sauna host will be there to meet you.
What to bring
Two towels - one to sit on in the sauna, one to dry off with. Swimwear. A water bottle. Flip flops are handy but not essential.
Yes. There are changing rooms, lockers, hot and cold showers and a toilet on site.
The cold plunge
No. You're not required to do anything. The sauna alone is worth the visit. If you want to try the cold, your host can talk you through it.
Three tubs, each at a different temperature, from properly cold to the natural temperature of the day. The day's readings are on the board on site. You don't have to start with the coldest one. Most people work their way down over a few sessions.
Cold water immersion is safe for most healthy adults. If you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, Raynaud's, are pregnant, or have any condition that might be affected by cold or heat, speak to your GP before coming. Your sauna host is on site throughout every session.
Pricing and access
£16 per 50-minute session, pay as you go. Memberships are coming soon. Gift vouchers are available on the home page.
Cancel more than 24 hours before your session and you get a full refund. Cancel within 24 hours and we'll give you the value back as a gift card to use another time. No-shows aren't refunded.
